1. Services Offered

Royal Cars provides automotive services including but not limited to vehicle repair, maintenance, diagnostics, roadside assistance, auto body work, detailing, upholstery, inspections, and related services.

2. Appointments & Estimates

• Service appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Any cost estimates provided are indicative and may change upon detailed inspection of the vehicle.
• Additional repairs will be communicated and approved before proceeding, where reasonably possible.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate vehicle and contact information.
• Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle prior to service. Royal Cars is not responsible for loss of personal items.
• Vehicles must be delivered in a condition safe for inspection and repair.

4. Payments

• All service charges must be paid in full upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Advance payments or deposits may be required for specific services or spare parts.

5. Parts & Workmanship

• Replacement parts may be new, OEM, aftermarket, or reconditioned, subject to availability and customer consent.
• Any workmanship warranty is limited to the terms specified on the service invoice.

6. Liability

• Royal Cars is not liable for pre‑existing faults, normal wear and tear, or issues arising from undisclosed vehicle conditions.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays caused by parts availability, supplier issues, or events beyond our control.

8. Website Use

• All website content is owned by Royal Cars and may not be reproduced without permission.
• Users must not misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

10. Changes to Terms
